We are proud to offer active-duty, guard, reservist, and veteran applicants an automatic application fee waiver for associate and bachelor’s degrees. Spouses and dependents can receive an application fee waiver by attending one of our military webinars, where you can learn more about our programs, military support services, and other benefits.

Joey Donaghy is the Assistant Director of Admission Services with Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid. He recently graduated from Penn State World Campus with a M.Ed. in Higher Education.
Jon Defonzo is an admissions counselor with Penn State World Campus Admissions Services and Financial Aid. He works with prospective military student populations.

Denise Tinker Lemke attended the University of Evansville and has spent 15 years working in Army Education, with 5 of those years at HQ Army Education. She is a spouse of a Disabled Army Vet and is going on 4 years as a VS School Certifying Official with World Campus.
