Tuition and Costs

Review tuition rates for undergraduate and graduate programs and courses. Tuition is due shortly after each semester begins and rates are assessed every semester of enrollment.

Undergraduate tuition is calculated based on the number of credits for which you register and the number of total credits you have accrued at or transferred to Penn State.

Graduate tuition varies based on the program you choose.

The following information can be used to estimate tuition for courses taken while not enrolled in a program. Tuition rates are for the 2022–23 academic year.

In addition to tuition, students are responsible for course material costs. During your course of study you may also incur charges if you require transcripts, credit-by-examination, or exam proctors.
