Joey Donaghy
Assistant Director of Admission Services
Joey Donaghy is the assistant director of Admission Services with Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid. He graduated from Penn State World Campus with a M.Ed. in Higher Education.
Matthew Soroka
Career Services Counselor
Matthew Soroka recently joined the World Campus Student Affairs Career Service team after four + years serving as the Associate Director for Career Services within the Smeal MBA and MOL Programs. Matthew has over 10 years of experience working in higher education serving both graduate students enrolled in the Smeal MBA Program and undergraduate students across Penn State. Prior to his work in Career Services, Matthew was an Assistant Professor for Sport Administration at Castleton State College in Vermont.
Kira Rigg
Admissions Counselor
Kira Rigg is an admissions counselor with Penn State World Campus Admission Services. She graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in crime, law, and justice and a minor in psychology. Kira has worked with Penn State students in various roles over the last six years.
