We are proud to offer active-duty, guard, reservist, and veteran applicants an automatic application fee waiver for associate and bachelor’s degrees. Spouses and dependents can receive an application fee waiver by attending one of our military webinars, where you can learn more about our programs, military support services, and other benefits.
Assistant Director of Admission Services
Joey Donaghy is the Assistant Director of Admission Services with Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid. He recently graduated from Penn State World Campus with a M.Ed. in Higher Education.
Mandy Biddle is a military academic adviser with Penn State World Campus Academic Advising & Student Disability Services. She has a master's degree in education and has been working with World Campus students for 6 years.
Jon Defonzo is an admissions counselor with Penn State World Campus Admissions Services and Financial Aid. He works with prospective military student populations.
