Program Director, Professor of Management and Organization, Smeal College of Business
Dr. Albert A. Vicere is a teaching professor of business administration at the Penn State Smeal College of Business. Recipient of numerous MBA teaching awards for his courses on strategic leadership, he has served in various leadership roles for the Smeal College, including associate dean for executive education, director of the Institute for the Study of Organizational Effectiveness, and faculty director of the executive MBA program and the Master’s in Strategic Management and Executive Leadership program.
Michelle Rockower
Managing Director, Smeal College of Business Online Specialty Master’s & Certificates
Michelle Rockower joined the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2017. During the last six years, she has assisted with the launch of 17 new online graduate business programs. As managing director, Michelle oversees all of the administrative and operational aspects of the online specialty programs.
