Virtual Conference: Careers and Technologies for Advancing DE&I
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) has gained traction in today’s workplaces. In fact, DE&I has been a core component of the Workforce Education and Development (WFED) field including Organization Development (OD), Human Resource Development (HRD), and Career Technical Education (CTE). Ensuring diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce and workplaces is a foundational component for various WFED professionals and leaders not only for creating a psychologically safe work environment but also for achieving their performance goals.
In this virtual conference hosted by the Penn State Learning and Perfomance Systems Department, we would like to engage thought leaders and innovative practitioners who are pioneers around the world in the DE&I realm. Throughout the conference, participants will be exposed to career options that address DE&I issues.
