Making Training Deliberate and Impactful
Many workforce development practitioners have learned and adopted Miller's 4-step method of teaching across the workforce education industry. Many professionals, however, have mistakenly assumed it was a linear process.
Proudly hosted by the Penn State Organization Development and Change Professional Development Network, this event will help attendees:
- understand Miller's 4-step method of teaching
- recognize the effect of Learning Latency on learning
- demonstrate teaching effectiveness
- teach abstract ideas concretely
We hope you can join us for this free professional development opportunity!
