Dr. Margaret Oakar is the associate director at Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid. She completed her Ph.D. at Penn State where she studied the transitional experiences of military students who study online.
Sonia Ramsey is a student transfer credit specialist for Penn State World Campus Academic Enrollment and Support Services. Sonia is an Indiana University of Pennsylvania alumnus with a degree in Secondary Biology Education and a Master’s certificate as an ESL specialist.Â
