The Booz Allen alliance with Penn State World Campus gives you, your spouse, and your legal dependents the opportunity to enjoy special education benefits. As a World Campus student, you will receive:

  • a 6% tuition reduction on all World Campus programs and courses if you are an employee, or a 5% tuition reduction if you are a spouse or legal dependent of a Booz Allen employee

The FlexEd Deferred Direct Bill Payment Option

We are excited that Penn State World Campus now offers a deferred direct bill payment option for Booz Allen employees. The deferred direct bill payment option enables employees to enroll in learning opportunities with no upfront costs. This payment option will require the employee to sign a Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) agreement with Penn State World Campus to release grades/completion to Booz Allen to satisfy the FlexEd Program completion requirement. Note: Penn State World Campus may also be used for the FlexEd Program reimbursement payment option. For more information on these programs, please refer to the Getting Started page.

Employees located in the greater Delaware Valley of Pennsylvania or southern New Jersey areas may also apply their tuition reduction benefit toward earning a graduate degree or certificate through Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies in Malvern, Pennsylvania.
