Dr. Erdener Kaynak has conducted postdoctoral research studies at universities and research institutions in North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. A four-time recipient of the William J. Fulbright Senior Scholar award, Dr. Kaynak has also received several awards and distinctions from a handful of international institutions and societies. He has lectured in diverse areas of marketing and international business in various countries, and served as a consultant/adviser in more than 40 countries in five continents.

Mary Beth Pinto

Dr. Mary Beth Pinto has previous industry experience with Illinois Bell and the Barber National Institute. She is a past recipient of Penn State's Rosemary Schraer Mentoring Award and the Black School of Business Learning Innovation Award. Dr. Pinto is the discipline lead for the marketing major and holds the Breene Professorship in Business. Her research and teaching interests include consumer behavior, services marketing, social media, pedagogy, and e-learning.
