This program is designed as a stand-alone certificate, or it can serve as a step-up program into the Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. If you apply and are accepted into the master's degree program, the 12 credits you earn in the certificate may be applied toward the master's degree.

    This course familiarizes students with approaches to assessing and feeding back data in organization development (OD) and consulting services.

    Reviews standard approaches and then examines the processes associated with planning, developing, and implementing training and development programs in the whole organization.

    This course familiarizes students with the unique issues in marketing organization development (OD) and OD consulting services.

    This course provides a foundation in the theories, principles, and techniques of Appreciative Inquiry (AI).
