Dr. Bryan McDonald is director of interdisciplinary programs in the College of the Liberal Arts and an associate professor of history. His interests are in food, environment, security, and resilience, and his books include Food Power: The Rise and Fall of the Postwar American Food System and Food Security. He is co-editor of Global Environmental Change and Human Security and Landmines and Human Security. He has published more than 25 articles, book chapters, and reviews, as well as commentaries and policy documents.
