Dr. Vilmos Misangyi is a professor of strategic management in the Management and Organization Department in the Penn State Smeal College of Business. He holds the Earl P. Strong Professorship of Executive Education in Business Administration. He is currently serving as the M&O Department's Ph.D. program coordinator and as the SMExL online master's program director.

Michelle Rockower, a Smeal management and organization alumnus, joined the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2017. She has assisted with the launch of 17 new online graduate business programs. As managing director, Michelle oversees all of the administrative and operational aspects of the online specialty programs.
