Dr. Shawn Clark is director of the Farrell Center for Corporate Innovation and Entrepreneurship and teaches courses in corporate innovation, entrepreneurship, business planning, strategic management, enterprise modeling, project management, and business transformation consulting.

Michelle Rockower, a Smeal management and organization alumnus, joined the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2017. She has assisted with the launch of 17 new online graduate business programs. As managing director, Michelle oversees all of the administrative and operational aspects of the online specialty programs.
