Michelle Rockower, a Smeal management and organization alumnus, joined the Penn State Smeal College of Business in 2017. She has assisted with the launch of 17 new online graduate business programs. As managing director, Michelle oversees all of the administrative and operational aspects of the online specialty programs.

Dr. Charles F. Nicholson is a clinical professor of supply chain management in the Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems and academic director of the Master of Supply Chain Management program. He has more than 25 years of experience as a supply chain analyst and instructor in a wide range of supply chain management courses. He has held faculty positions in several business programs, including at Cornell University, the Nijmegen School of Management in the Netherlands, and the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Dr. Nicholson has also been a consultant to many businesses and nonprofit organizations operating in the food and agriculture space, working with them to assess and improve supply chain performance.
