This program is designed as a stand-alone certificate, or it can serve as a step-up program into the Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change. If you apply and are accepted into the master's degree program, the 12 credits you earn in the certificate may be applied toward the master's degree.

Appreciative Inquiry* WF ED 884 This course provides a foundation in the theories, principles, and techniques of Appreciative Inquiry (AI). 3 credits
