Dr. Margaret Cushman has more than 25 years' experience in health care administration and health policy. Her areas of expertise include home health care, and complementary and alternative medicine. Dr. Cushman has taught nursing courses on the undergraduate and graduate level. Much of her teaching experience has involved online instruction.

Dr. Sherry DelGrosso brings more than 20 years of nursing experience to the MSN and Nurse Administrator Graduate Certificate courses. She began her career as an ICU nurse. As a health care consultant, she helped organizations improve operational inefficiencies. At the Advisory Board Company, she focused on leadership, finance, and workforce development. Her ties to academia include faculty work at Lansing Community College; teaching assistant at the University of Michigan; and adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She has practiced as a legal nurse consultant and served on research teams while working on her DNP.

Dr. Donna M. Fick is the director of the Hartford Center of Geriatric Nursing Excellence at Penn State. She instructs a variety of graduate nursing courses. Dr. Fick’s research interests include inappropriate medication use in older adults, recognition and management of delirium superimposed on dementia, and implementation of ultra-brief delirium screening in hospital settings.
