To be considered for the veterans programs ranking recognition, institutions must be ranked in the top half of U.S. News Best Online Programs rankings, which are based on factors including program reputation, faculty credentials, and student retention rates.
In addition, the institutions must be regionally accredited, certified for the GI Bill, and either a public institution that charges in-state tuition or a participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program so tuition can be fully covered by the GI Bill.
