Sarah Alvarado Metzger is the assistant director of curriculum and instruction at Penn State’s Sokolov-Miller Family Financial & Life Skills Center. A Chicagoland native, she holds degrees from DePaul University and Northeastern Illinois University and became a Certified Educator in Personal Finance in 2022. With more than thirteen years of teaching experience, Sarah leads workshops and first-year seminar programs, helping students achieve their financial and academic goals through student-centered learning.
