Dr. Patricia Macko's career spans more than 25 years of organization development, talent development, human resources, consulting, and teaching. Her practitioner’s career in the corporate setting started as a manager of business development in the financial industry and stretched to VP of HR and Training, where she honed her HR and talent development experiences. Her teaching background started at Penn State University Park, where she earned her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development. Dr. Macko is also an independent consultant who assists organizations with HR, organization development, leadership development, and talent development efforts.
