Colin Neill

Dr. Colin Neill, professor of software and systems engineering, serves as Director of Engineering Programs at Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies. In this role, he oversees a portfolio of graduate degree programs delivered both in residence and online. Dr. Neill has been recognized for excellence in teaching and research and is author of more than 80 articles on the development and evolution of complex software and systems. He is also an associate editor-in-chief of Innovations in Systems and Software Engineering.
