Ron Banerjee will explain his process of rapid response organization development (RROD) for leaders to take action when time is of the essence and change must be accelerated. OD practitioners and leaders can add Banerjee's RROD process to OD practitioners' and organization leaders' toolboxes, preparing and "fireproofing" their organizations, protecting them from the unexpected.
