    Amanda Goble serves as a Penn State World Campus Client Service Manager. She completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State’s main campus location and her Psychology of Leadership Master’s degree via the World Campus. She enjoys the opportunity to talk with prospective students about their interests and goals and how Penn State World Campus can assist them in pursuit of their personal and professional endeavors.

    Jeannine Wonderling is an Assistant Director of Education Alliance Partnerships with Penn State World Campus.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Science in Workforce Education, both from Penn State.  She additionally instructs undergraduate courses in Workforce Education for the College of Education.

    Dr. Robin G. Qiu is a professor of information science at Penn State. His research includes smart service systems, IoT, big data, data/business analytics, information systems and integration, supply chain and industrial systems, and analytics.

  • Dr. Michael R. Bartolacci

    Michael Bartolacci

    Professor

    Dr. Michael R. Bartolacci is a professor of information sciences and technology at Penn State Berks. He conducts research in telecommunications modeling, electronic commerce modeling, customer relationship management, manufacturing modeling, and international aspects of telecommunications.

  • Dr. Colin Neill

    Colin Neill

    Director of Engineering Programs

    Dr. Colin Neill is a professor of software engineering and systems engineering and the head of the MPS in Artificial Intelligence program. He has an extensive background in the design, architecture, and analysis of complex systems. His AI–related work includes industrial applications of machine vision and expert systems; applications of fuzzy sets and rough set theory to uncertainty in software engineering; individual and team cognition processes; network analytics; and text mining and natural language processing of social media.
