The overall objective of the 32-credit online iMPS-RESS program is to help you gain the knowledge to become a technically outstanding expert in renewable energy and sustainability systems, with strong project development and leadership skills. In addition, the sustainability management and policy option can help prepare you to implement and interpret existing sustainability policies and regulations and develop policies on a localized level.
Areas specifically related to the following will be included:
- energy and sustainability science
- energy and sustainability project development
- business acumen
- energy and sustainability leadership
- advanced critical thinking
You will take 11 credits in the program's core courses and 12 credits in the sustainability management and policy option. In consultation with your program adviser, you will select an additional 6 credits from an array of electives designed to meet your individual learning goals. You will then complete your studies with the 3-credit capstone experience.
