Army fellowship helped 20 soldiers earn Penn State master’s degrees

Twenty of the U.S. Army’s senior enlisted soldiers earned a Master of Education in Adult Education degree through World Campus as part of a fellowship aimed at improving their teaching skills to prepare the military’s next generation of leaders.  Read more about the Army fellowship program.
