Spouses and dependents can receive an application fee waiver by attending one of our military webinars, where you can learn more about our programs, military support services, and other benefits.

    Dr. Margaret Oakar is the Associate Director at Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid.  She completed her Ph.D. at Penn State where she studied the transitional experiences of military students who study online.

    Joey Donaghy is the Assistant Director of Admission Services with Penn State World Campus Admission Services and Financial Aid. He recently graduated from Penn State World Campus with a M.Ed. in Higher Education.

    Academic Advisor

    Rosemary Petrunyak is a Military Academic Adviser with Penn State World Campus Academic Advising and Disability Services. She has a Master's in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and has been working with military students for 12 years.
