As more organizations expect employees to work with AI tools, many of those employees may be building an AI strategy or using AI to analyze data or lead a major technology rollout without formal training in how to use the tools responsibly.
Three new graduate certificates, available online through Penn State World Campus, can help working professionals build AI skills for their field, whether that means leading a team, managing talent, or driving a technology rollout.
The certificates focus on business strategy, HR, and technology-enabled change and are delivered entirely online so professionals can build that expertise without pausing their careers. The three certificates join a portfolio of graduate-level credentials in AI that consists of eight certificates and a master’s degree in AI.
