Next Steps

You will be connected with an adviser once you become a Penn State student. Attend a military informational webinar to learn more about advising and other services.

Priority Registration

Both active duty service members and veterans who have served honorably are eligible to receive priority registration for their courses. This service allows you to register for courses earlier than the general student population, helping to ensure you can get into the courses you need, during the semester you wish to take them.

Next Steps

Active duty and veterans using tuition assistance (TA) or Veteran’s Affairs (VA) educational benefits will automatically be given priority registration when benefits are processed. If you are not using one of these benefits, you can submit documentation of your honorable service. Learn more about this documentation and priority registration.
