Learn from Respected Leaders in the Field

You'll benefit from the decades of experience that went into the design of the iMBA program and its courses. The online iMBA courses are taught by full-time Penn State Graduate School faculty.

Penn State's business education faculty are all seasoned veterans of the business world and deliver courses using their research and consulting experiences to provide practical and innovative insights into business operations.

You'll have many opportunities to interact with your instructors through the advanced technology of the iMBA courses and the face-to-face activities of the residency experiences.

Interact with the Faculty

Faculty are available for regular consultation.

Jason Eger, senior consultant for Core Technology Partners, says: "I think we receive more attention from faculty in the iMBA program than in resident courses. Instructors have an opportunity, as we do, to log on twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, all the time. They have very busy professional and personal schedules, but many of them will answer questions each day and at odd hours (1:00 or 2:00 a.m.) to make sure we are caught up on the course work. Our classroom is always open."

Kevin Maddox, regional marketing manager at Alcon, says: "We do not have to wait until the next time class meets to get answers to our questions. Class is always in session. Your questions may be answered in twenty-four hours, sometimes within three or four hours, and occasionally, instantaneously."
