Filing a Grievance
If you are taking classes through Penn State World Campus and have a formal complaint about your experience, you have the following options:
- Contact the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Penn State's regional accrediting agency.
- Contact the Pennsylvania Department of Higher Education.
- If you live outside of Pennsylvania, you can file a complaint in the state where you reside by using this state contact information provided by the State Higher Education Executive Officers (SHEEO).
- If you or your family member is a Tuition Assistance (TA) or Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts (MyCAA) Scholarship Recipient, you are encouraged to submit feedback using the Postsecondary Education Complaint System sponsored by the Department of Defense. GI Bill recipients can submit feedback using the VA GI Bill Feedback System. Feedback from federal financial aid recipients can be sent to Compliancecomplaints@ed.gov.
