Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. For planning purposes, all application and supporting material should be submitted one month prior to your intended starting date.

Prerequisites

To apply for this program, you must be a high school graduate, or have completed your GED.

Official transcript(s) and course descriptions from previous institution(s) are required for evaluation. 

Additionally, persons who want to enroll in any or all of these courses must be currently licensed registered nurses

Step 1: Complete the World Campus online application form.

Step 2: Fax a copy of your valid RN license to Barbra McDill at 814-863-2925. You will receive an email from the World Campus when you are accepted, and an adviser will be assigned to help you with course selection or any other questions you may have about the certificate program.

Students with baccalaureate degrees who are not enrolled in a graduate program (and those who want their University record kept on a graduate transcript) must apply for nondegree graduate status by completing a Graduate School application form. Courses may be transferred into this certificate program from other regionally accredited institutions.
