Not all of the online programs offered by our institution have been approved in Minnesota. The Penn State World Campus may not enroll or deliver any degrees at the associate's level to Minnesotan students. Those programs not authorized in Minnesota are associate degrees in:
- Business Administration
- Human Development and Family Studies
- Information Sciences and Technology
- Letters, Arts, and Sciences
- Turfgrass Science and Management
