Foundation for understanding homeland security law, its Consitutional basis,judicial interpretations, and current field of statutes.

Remarks
This course requires you to upload video briefings for a personal introduction and two major assignments. A video camera is required to record three mandatory oral briefings to be uploaded and viewed within YouSeeU. Any type of video camera can be used from a vendor of your choice if your computer does not already have one built-in. You can either record directly into YouSeeU using a web cam, or upload a video that you have created using any other video camera.
