Course Description

Energy utilization and technological development, energy resources, conversionand consequences on the local and global environment, and future energy alternatives.

Strong writing skills are recommended for this course. If English is not your native language, it is important that you read additional information regarding English language proficiency before registering for this course.

Remarks

There will be no set class meeting times, but students will be required to complete weekly assignments. Each week/lesson typically consists of a reflective paragraph or two and a computer graded quiz. There are 3 exams (non-comprehensive). Exams are computational, available within an 8-hour time slot, and are one hour in duration. A stable online connection is required for exams.
