Course Description
The nutrients: food sources and physiological functions as related to human growth and well-being throughout life; current nutrition issues. Students who have passed NUTR 151 may not schedule this course.

This course includes two exams: Exam 1 must be completed between 10/17/06 and 10/23/06. Exam 2 must be completed between 12/12/06 and 12/15/06. For students who plan to graduate this semester, please communicate your intent to graduate to your instructor. This will alert your instructor to the need to submit your final grade in time to meet the published graduation deadlines. Graduating seniors must have their proctor send the final exam express or priority mail, at the students? expense, to ensure the instructor has sufficient time to assign a final course grade.Schedule This Course
