Curriculum
This certificate program helps students advance their knowledge of food and nutrition, with an emphasis on school food service operations. It is designed to help students prepare to qualify for School Nutrition Association Level 3 certification and can be a first step toward an associate degree in dietetic food systems management, with a school food service emphasis.
