Dr. Kathleen Noce

Dr. Kathleen Noce is an instructor in management information systems and e-business at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. She is also the director of Partnership Erie, an outreach center for the development, hosting, and marketing of Web sites for nonprofit organizations. She has a master's degree in business administration and a doctorate in education. Her research interests include Internet issues related to marketing, social concerns and e-commerce, information systems, and technological leadership. Her teaching interests are in Web site development, e-business, management information systems, and leadership. Dr. Noce has previous industry experience in systems analysis and design in the financial sector and information technology management. She has consulting and teaching experience with a number of organizations in Pennsylvania.

Frank DeWolf

Frank DeWolf is a faculty member in the Sam and Irene Black School of Business at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, where he teaches supply chain management and ERP application courses. He is also the director of the ERP Center of Excellence (CoE), where he manages industry ERP initiatives along with ERP certification programs. Previous positions at Penn State Erie include director of the RFID CoE, chief operating officer at the Center for e-Business and Advanced Information Technology, and director of the Center for e-Commerce. Prior to joining Penn State, Frank held numerous management positions at GE Transportation Systems, including supply chain e-business leader, inventory control manager, manager of flow manufacturing, manager of manufacturing and sourcing systems, Six Sigma transactional quality manager, and ERP implementation program manager.

Robert Nelson

Robert Nelson has been a lecturer in management information systems at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, for eleven years. Prior to joining Penn State he worked in various information technology management positions for the leading corporation in making adhesives and coatings, as well as vibration, noise, and motion control products. He has been a guest faculty member at both Gannon University and Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. His teaching emphasis is systems analysis and business processes. Bob developed the first course at Penn State Erie that uses SAP to demonstrate business processes: Introduction to ERP and Business Processes. He has conducted ERP workshops in Pennsylvania and Texas to help persons prepare for teaching an ERP and business processes course.
