Penn State's certificate program in human resources is designed to provide you with an understanding of the process for implementing efficient organizational and job designs that meet the needs of small or large businesses. This program is specifically designed to broaden your understanding of leadership, motivation, productivity issues, and many other factors relevant to the management process.

To create a comprehensive academic experience, the certificate program in human resources requires 6 credits from the following disciplines: sociology, psychology, labor and industrial relations, economics, communication arts and sciences, or management information systems.
