If you have been recently promoted to a management position or are preparing to go into business for yourself, Penn State's online certificate program in business management will help you enhance your management skills as you continue to work full-time.
The program covers basic business principles, such as social, legal, and ethical environments of business, generally accepted accounting principles, economics, and the management of people and organizations. Leadership and workforce motivation are also key themes. To provide a well-rounded experience, the program includes 3 credits in introductory psychology or sociology.
