Applying to the Certificate in Bioterrorism Preparedness

1. Read the admissions page carefully, as each program has unique requirements.
2. Begin the graduate school application.
   1. On the Admissions and Program Information Portal page, choose Apply Now.
   2. On the next page (with the radio buttons), choose the degree option that pertains to you.
   3. On the Campus, Major, Degree & Semester page:
      1. Choose WORLD CAMPUS as the campus.
      2. Choose PUBLIC HEALTH PREPAREDNESS as the major.
      3. Choose M H S as the degree.
      4. Choose the semester you wish to start.
      5. In the special notes section, enter "Bioterrorism Preparedness" as the name of the certificate program you wish to pursue.

Use these options for applications already in progress or to check the status of an application previously submitted.
