Curriculum

Enrolling in the bachelor of science degree program in organizational leadership is an excellent way to hone your leadership skills, broaden your professional horizons, and increase your résumé's attractiveness to employers. The courses in this 123-credit program provide a multidisciplinary approach to education, allowing you to focus on practical skill building in subjects most relevant to today's business leaders. As you build a solid foundation in labor relations and workplace dynamics, you will build work skills that you can use immediately. Upon graduation, you will enjoy the confidence that comes with a solid understanding of the complex social, cultural, and organizational issues that confront leaders in the modern world.

This program requires that students complete a minimum of 123 credits. To earn this degree, you must successfully complete:

  • 25 prescribed core course credits
  • 45 general education credits
  • 39 supporting and related course credits
  • 18 elective credits

The degree's 25 credits of prescribed core courses focus on contemporary labor management and supervisory leadership issues. Many different course options are available to fulfill the remainder of the program, allowing you to customize the degree to meet your specific goals.
