Who Should Apply

The bachelor of science degree in organizational leadership is specifically designed to meet the needs of working adults, including:
  • persons who are currently employed in professional or preprofessional positions and wish to expand their employment opportunities
  • persons who occupy managerial/leadership positions but must obtain a degree for further professional advancement
  • persons who have faced challenges starting or completing their college education due to life circumstances or geographical constraints 
  • persons simply wishing to broaden their horizons in the field of organizational leadership

If you wish to pursue a highly practical bachelor's degree while studying issues of leadership and organizational dynamics, this program is for you. Using a multidisciplinary approach that includes courses in psychology, sociology, communication, economics, labor, and industrial relations, this degree will prepare you for the complex social, cultural, and organizational issues that you will face in most leadership positions.
