The hotel, restaurant, and institutional management programs are designed to meet the professional development and continuing education needs of adult students interested in a career in commercial food service, institutional food service, or a hotel or other hospitality-related facility. Certain courses have a practice component for which you will need access to a food service or hospitality facility. You may be able to gain this access as either a volunteer or an employee.
If you are already working in this industry, you will get the most benefit from this program. If you are not currently employed in the industry, you may still enroll to develop new skills, hone your career interests, or assist in your job search.
