The associate degree in dietetics (Dietetic Technician Emphasis) is a 60-credit program delivered via distance education. To earn this degree, you must successfully complete:

- 21 General Education credits (6 to 9 of these are included in the major courses' credits)
The program's major courses (43 credits) focus on contemporary topics in the field of dietetics, including food safety and sanitation; diet therapy and nutrition care in disease; management and analysis of quantity food; nutrition assessment theory and practice; and current issues in community dietetics.
