Dietetic Technician Emphasis
If you are a health care, community nutrition, or food service professional seeking to broaden your professional horizons through higher education, enrolling in the associate degree program in dietetic food systems management (Dietetic Technician Emphasis) is a great first step. Topics of study include such timely subjects as food safety and sanitation; diet therapy and nutrition care in disease; management and analysis of quantity food; nutrition assessment theory and practice; and current issues in community dietetics.
Earn Professional Credentials
This 60-credit program of study is designed to provide you with the credentials you need to pursue a supervisory and/or clinical position in the field of dietetics. Completing the program qualifies you for active membership in the American Dietetic Association (ADA) and for credentialing as a dietetic technician, registered (DTR).
