I'm delighted to introduce you to Penn State Outreach and to encourage you to look into the multitude of programs available. 
From its founding in 1855, Penn State has had a commitment to sharing research, teaching, and service. In the earliest days, that land-grant commitment might have focused on grafting fruit trees or the benefits of using fertilizer. Now the University has grown to encompass academic disciplines from art to zoology. Penn State Outreach, working with academic colleges and the network of campuses located throughout the Commonwealth, has also grown, opening access to a wide range of credit and noncredit programming designed to meet your educational needs.
You may be looking for a career-building degree that you can complete online, degree-completion programs available at a location near your home, workshops or conferences for certification in your field, or on-site programs that may be delivered in your workplace. You'll discover that Penn State really does reach out with programs of the highest quality, programs that link you to faculty experts, well-designed courses, and Penn State resources.
